"This is a lovely house, right in the centre of Uckfield. There are loads of places to eat nearby. The house is very well equipped to cater for six. Squeaky clean and the beds are very comfortable. Roz was there to meet us and show us around the house. Altogether a great place and worked very well as a base for our visit to Glyndebourne. I would definitely book again. We had a lovely stay at this house. It was comfortable and value for money. It’s a little dated but we expected that from the description and photos. Roz was great at communicating and we had a good check in experience. Uckfield has some good shops and restaurants. And the surrounding countryside is good for walking. With some lovely National Trust properties close by.
