carefully before making a booking with us. By making a booking you agree to be
bound by these terms and conditions:
The signatory has agreed
that they act as
the principal and will always have absolute liability for
all the members of the party.
Booking Confirmation: Please check the confirmation
email carefully and contact us immediately if there are any errors or
discrepancies.
Payment: Payment must be made at the time of booking.
Prices quoted on the website are in the local currency and include all
applicable taxes and fees.
Check-In and Check-Out: Hosts will provide guests
with instructions for check-in and check-out. Guests are expected to arrive on
time and leave the property by the designated check-out time. Late check-out
may result in additional fees.
Cancellation Policy: This can be found on the listing/booking page.
If you cancel your booking, you may be subject to a cancellation fee in
accordance with the host’s cancellation policy.
Guest Requirements: Guests are required to provide
their full name, email address, and phone number when making a booking. Any changes
of names or numbers of guests must be notified to the host asap. The guest
making the booking must be at least 25 years old.
Guest Conduct: Guests are expected to behave in a
responsible and respectful manner towards the host, the neighbours, and follow
the house rules of the property. We reserve the right to cancel a booking and
ask guests to leave without refund if their behaviour is deemed unacceptable.
No parties or events: Parties or events are strictly
prohibited in the property. We kindly ask that you refrain from inviting
non-registered guests to the property, without prior approval from the
host.
Security Deposits: Hosts may require a security
deposit for their property. The amount and payment method will be stated in the
listing description.
Property Damage: We kindly ask that you treat the
property with care and respect. Guests are responsible for any damage caused to
the property during their stay. Hosts may make a claim against the security
deposit or seek additional compensation if the damage exceeds the deposit
amount. Damage – Occasionally accidents
do happen, and any losses or missing items must be paid for. The property will be checked and cleaned
before arrival – please contact us. Should you find on arrival any damage,
cleaning issue or non-working items-you will notify us immediately so that
matters can be rectified.
CCTV By booking and staying at our property, you acknowledge
and consent to the use of CCTV cameras for the purpose of property security.
The cameras are on the front door and the rear entrance and not in any living
spaces. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to
contact us.
Privacy: personal information is collected from
guests for the purpose of booking and facilitating their stay.
No smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the
property. If you wish to smoke, please do so outside and dispose of your
cigarette butts properly.
No pets: Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the
property. This includes all animals, regardless of size or breed.
Quiet hours: Please respect our quiet hours from 11
PM to 8 AM. During this time, we kindly ask that you keep noise to a minimum,
to avoid disturbing neighbours.
Kitchen use: If you wish to use the kitchen, please
ensure that it is kept clean and tidy after use. We kindly ask that you wash
your dishes/put in dishwasher and leave the kitchen in the same condition as
you found it.
Lost keys: If you lose your keys during your stay,
please inform the host immediately. A replacement fee may be charged to your
account.
Safety and security: Please ensure that all doors and
windows are locked when leaving the property. The host is not responsible for
any lost or stolen items.
Internet usage: Please use the internet responsibly
and do not download or stream illegal content. Any misuse of the internet may
result in termination of your stay.
Health & Mobility: The property summary details aim to give
accurate descriptions of the properties. Should there be any specific health or
mobility difficulties which may affect a party member, we request that this is
pointed out at the initial reservation stage so the suitability of the property
can be established.
Town Centre
Location: The owner accepts no responsibility or liability in connection
with the suitability or non-suitability of the property for the signatory and
persons listed on the booking form. The renter accepts that the property is
situated in a town center and is affected by traffic noise and people walking
by.
Unavailability Should the
property, for reasons beyond our control (e.g., fire, theft, sale etc), not be
available on the date booked or the property is not
available for holiday letting, all rent and any charges paid in full by you to us
will be refunded in full. You accept that you will have no further claim
against us.
Liability We accept no liability for any accident,
damage, loss, injury, expense, or inconvenience whether to person or property which
you or any persons may suffer or incur that
may arise out of the rental or is in any way connected with the rental.
Guests are advised to obtain their own travel insurance.

The Owner aims to ensure that information is accurately
conveyed on the website. Any changes to the property and its facilities will be
notified to you as reasonably practical. We cannot accept responsibility for
any changes or claims to the area amenities mentioned on our website.
